Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions very carefully prior to placing your order with Stevie Grace & Co.

Preorders: Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) – These dates are just that, ESTIMATED. Please keep in mind that while we strive to have your items to you on or before the ETA, we cannot promise/guarantee this. Therefore, WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR AN ITEM BEING LATE IF IT WAS DUE TO SOMETHING BEYOND OUR CONTROL. This includes but is not limited to: Supplier delays and Shipping delays.

Refunds: All sales are final. If your item is defective by manufacturer error and a replacement is not available, you will be offered a refund/store gift card (we will try to accommodate exchanges should we have an extra in stock). To qualify for a refund, you must contact an admin within 3 business days of receiving the defective item. Once approved, you have 5 business days to return the defective item in its original package with all tags still attached. 

Order Accuracy: Please check all details prior to paying. This includes size, monogram, boy/girl, style, ship/pickup ect. What is on the invoice is what we order. We will not refund for a mistake once it is paid and we have ordered the item.

Monograms: Please check all details prior to paying. Monograms must be listed in FLM format meaning FIRST, LAST, MIDDLE. This applies to BOY and GIRL monograms. We will not refund for a monogram mistake if the invoice is correct.

Defective or Missing Item(s): You have 3 business days once an item has been delivered to email us about a defect issue or missing item. After this time period, we will not refund or credit.

Local Pick Up: This option is for LOCAL Customers only. Do not select this option if you need your order shipped. Once your order is ready: You will receive a FB message (if available), receive a Shop app notification and will receive a Shopify email. You have 5 days from the date of being tagged to pick up your items. If you fail to pick up your items you will receive an invoice to ship your items.
